2 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup fat-free milk
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 425°. Whisk together ingredients in bowl until frothy, be careful not to overbeat. Grease and fill cups of popover pan or muffin tin 1/2 way full. Bake 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°. Bake about 20 minutes longer until golden brown. After removing popovers, make a small slit in the side or bottom to release steam. Serve immediately with jam.
