Chocolate, Banana & Peanut Butter Oatmeal


Chocolate, Banana & Peanut Butter Oatmeal 
serves 2 

1 cup quick oats 
2 cups water pinch of salt 
2 tbsp peanut butter 
2 bananas, sliced 
1 tbsp dark cocoa powder 
Dash of cinnamon, sweeten to taste 

Cook oats, when finished add cocoa powder, cinnamon, peanut butter and 1 1/2 bananas, mix thoroughly. Let sit for 2-3 minutes. Add cinnamon, taste again and adjust for sweetness. Serve with the remaining banana slices on top, and an extra piece of chocolate! *If you're reluctant about how sweet this sounds it's not as overwhelming as you might think, and you can always leave out the extra chocolate on top. Or, depending on how chocolatey you want it to taste more cocoa powder can be added.
