Strawberry Lemon White Whiskey Collins

Easter is almost here, making a bright pink cocktail an appropriate choice for that springy color palette your table will have going on. We had some plans change, and instead of doing our usual Easter get together this year, I'll be visiting family and we'll be having a belated Easter-spring-inspired meal the following weekend. We look forward to planning this menu in particular. It's the perfect excuse to have radishes, peas and rosé at the same time.

We were recently contacted by some lovely folks at Heritage Distilling to try their spirits. We've now tried almost all of them, and made some cocktails with a few of our favorites. The strawberry and lemon together is really refreshing, and adds a good amount of sweetness to the spiciness of the unaged whiskey.
