Sunday Brunch: a little bit of everything

Robert was in Arizona all week until late Saturday night.  I wanted to make something yummy for brunch (his only real complaint about traveling so much is not getting to eat at home).  I was so indecisive about what to make that I decided to make everything...

My 10 PM grocery store trip ended with lots of fruit, vegetarian sausage, mini red potatoes, some ingredients for whole grain banana pancakes and a loaf of flax and cranberry bread.  To top it off, Robert made us simple cocktails mixing vinho verde with orange juice.
